 Shipping Address - Once your order is shipped, the address cannot be altered.

If there is an issue with the address that causes the delivery to fail, and this results in the item being returned or destroyed, Everaftercharm is not liable for this loss.

If an issue with the address given to us causes the item to be returned, any refund issued will not include the shipping cost.

As our items are personalized and custom-made, and therefore cannot be used for other orders, any items returned to us are subject to a 50% restocking fee in the event of a refund.
